what people say

Muslimah Wellbeing has been such a valuable source of support for me. It is a safe and welcoming space where Muslim women can truly feel heard, seen, and understood without judgement.
The organisation addresses many of the struggles that Muslim women often face silently, creating opportunities for open conversations, healing, personal growth, and connection. Through their sessions and community, I have felt less alone and more supported, knowing that others share similar experiences and challenges.

— Mariam Ahmed

Bilan attended our coffee morning to deliver a workshop about mental health. Bilan displayed empathy, knowledge and a genuine passion for the work she does. She encouraged myself and the women in our group to speak freely and honestly about our own personal experiences. I know I myself identified with some of what she conveyed and took the opportunity to speak to Bilan further about things I had experienced after the birth of my son. It was lovely to be able to speak to a professional about an experience I struggled to understand at the time

Bilaan was a blessing sent at the perfect time. I found her help was really professional and nonjudgmental. If you need a safe space to speak to someone wise and friendly, I couldn’t recommend Bilaan enough.
